1. Purpose and acceptance

• Purpose: Terms governing access to and use of the newsletter platform
• Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms
• Effective date: June 1, 2026, and last updated: June 1, 2026

2. Definitions

• Provider : The company operating the platform
• User / Client : the company or person who uses the platform
• Subscriber : recipient of a newsletter
• Profile : company record configured for sending
• AI-generated content : text and images produced by the models (Claude, Nano Banana Pro)
• Third-party services : Supabase, Anthropic, Nano Banana Pro, WordPress, Hostinger, Gmail

3. Description of the service

• Collecting and organizing opportunities (calls for tenders, grants, accounting tips)
• Generating personalized AI content and images
• Publishing articles and pages on a WordPress site
• Sending newsletters to subscribers by email

4. Accounts, access, and security

• Once registration is complete, only IndiceCPA staff can modify a subscriber’s profile.
• You can request changes to your profile through the Contact form on the indicecpa.com site.
• Requested changes will be confirmed/validated by IndiceCPA.com staff.

5. User obligations and commitments

• Subscriber consent: the user warrants that they have obtained valid consent from their subscribers (Law 25 + CASL) before any import or send
• We ensure the accuracy and legality of the data entered.
• We verify AI-generated data either by consulting the subscriber’s website or by validating it with the subscriber.
• We never use the service for spam or for illegal, misleading, or defamatory content
• We comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and personal information protection laws
• We take responsibility for the content chosen for each of your newsletters. However, we cannot guarantee that every piece of content will be useful to the subscriber.

6. Content generated by artificial intelligence

• The user must verify any opportunity against the official source before acting (amounts, deadlines, eligibility)
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI content
• We disclaim all liability for decisions made on the basis of this content
• The images generated in the newsletters and on the IndiceCPA.com site may not be used for commercial purposes without IndiceCPA’s written consent.

7. Intellectual property

• The provider retains the rights to the platform, its code, and its structure
• Users may use the pages of the IndiceCPA.com site for informational purposes only.
• Copying, reselling, or exploiting the platform outside the authorized scope is prohibited.
• Each party’s trademarks are respected. We will use your logo on a non-indexed page of the IndiceCPA.com site and in the newsletters intended for you.

8. Third-party services and availability

• Our service depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Nano Banana Pro, Gmail, Hostinger)
• There is no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from interruption
• Changes to, outages of, or discontinuation of a third-party service may affect the platform
• Planned maintenance: a notice will be posted in the newsletter and on the site if the site is temporarily down.

9. Pricing and payment

• Companies that do all or part of their accounting with IndiceCPA, or that have used IndiceCPA’s services to prepare a call for tenders or a grant application within the last two years, receive their newsletters free of charge.
• Every new subscriber receives the newsletter free of charge for two months (4 issues)
• If the subscriber must pay for their newsletter subscription after the trial, an invoice of $40 will be sent every two months. The subscriber must settle their invoice before an unpaid issue of the newsletter is released.
• In the event of non-payment, the subscription will be suspended until payment is made.

10. Protection of personal information

• See our Privacy Policy, accessible via the button at the bottom of the page.

11. Warranties, exclusions, and limitation of liability

• Service provided “as is,” without implied warranty, to the extent permitted by law
• A subscriber’s claim may not exceed the value of 2 months of subscription.
• The provider cannot be held liable for the information provided or for any losses incurred. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to verify the information provided with the relevant sources before taking any action.

12. Suspension and termination

• Grounds for suspension or termination: failure to comply with the terms of use, non-payment of the subscription, misuse of the content provided
• How the user can terminate: the user may cancel their subscription at any time using the link provided for that purpose in each newsletter.

13. Changes to the terms

• The provider may change the terms of use at any time.
• Changes to these terms will be indicated in the newsletter.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended terms

14. Governing law, language, and jurisdiction

• Governing law: the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws
• Jurisdiction: the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil
• Language clause (Law 96): the French version of the terms of use prevails over the English version.
