Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
– 2+ years of tax preparation experience in a CPA firm
– Experience in preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns
– CPA, EA, or actively pursuing licensure
Responsibilities:
– Accounting and reconciliations
– Tax planning
– Tax return preparation
– Entity setup and planning
– Staff training and mentoring
– Review of work prepared by staff
Operations Manager
Salary: 55 – 70K
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– 3+ years of experience in operations management or similar role
– Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills
– Proficiency in project management and certain accounting principles
